Programs
Billy's Homeplace (bhp) is a nonprofit organization with a specific mission to serve pastors and missionaries who have served in full-time ministry for 20+ years, whether it is pastoring a church or carrying the gospel to other nations which may involve humanitarian efforts in medicine, education, and other forms of community development. $578,467 spent91% of program spendingIn addition to offering spiritual and physical support to pastors and missionaries, bhp extends its facilities and resources to host an array of groups. We provide a nurturing environment that fosters meaningful connections, allowing them to come together to serve and support their faith, family, and community endeavors.
Bhp offers a transformative space for training and development. It aims to foster growth in individuals, nurturing them into capable managers and ultimately, effective leaders. Through ongoing enhancement of knowledge, skills, and abilities, the program cultivates increased productivity, grooms future leaders, enhances job performance, and fosters camaraderie.
During 2024, the organization initiated a new program in response to the hurricane that struck western north carolina. The program was created to assist pastors, missionaries, and their families who were impacted by the storm. Assistance included emergency financial relief, temporary housing, distribution of essential supplies, and counseling and prayer support. The organization also partnered with local churches and ministries to provide ongoing encouragement and resources to help ministry leaders recover personally and continue their service to their congregations and communities.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2021, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2021, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2022 to 2023, from $138k to $328k (+139%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.

Who funds it, year by year
Grant support over time, funder by funder — shade shows the grant size each year.
1 of 2 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of BILLY'S HOMEPLACE’s funders (the co-funder graph). Top 1 of 2 funders by total. Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of BILLY'S HOMEPLACE's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $14k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
