What Bend FFA Alumni does
Mission
We are a group of parents and community members who support the students and Bend FFA Chapter at Mountain View High School. We provide scholarships and grants directly to students and to the School Chapter as well to help fund school programs. We also provide meals and transportation for local events, purchase equipment and supplies for the students and teachers, and volunteer our time as needed to support the High School FFA Chapter.
As stated on its FY2024 Form 990-EZ.
Programs
We donated funds to the Bend FFA Chapter for the students to use to attend FFA Competitions and conventions throughout the school year, as well as for the Chapter to purchase supplies as needed to support the programs offered to the kids. This mostly benefits the most active 50 FFA members (students), however there are about 200 total members between all agricultural classes and even the slightly active kids reap the benefits of the funds donated.
$34,061 spent78% of program spendingWe donated funds to the Greenhouse ASB at Mountain View High School, which is run by an FFA affiliated class for students. Funds are used primarily to run the Greenhouse each year and facilitate a plant sale at the end of each school year. Approximately 25 students benefit from this program.
$4,423 spent10% of program spendingWe help supply food and meals each year at events for the students, primarily the yearly Welcome Back Bend FFA Chapter event, the end of school year Bend FFA Chapter BBQ, the end of school year Bend FFA Awards Dinner, local FFA competitions with other schools, and the yearly FFA State Convention. Depending on attendance of the events, 25-60 kids were benefited.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2023, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2023, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $22k to $42k (+85%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
77% of Bend FFA Alumni’s revenue is contributions — about as donation-reliant as the typical peer (100% for the typical peer).

Who funds it, year by year
2020 → 2023: the base held at 1 funder, grant income rose $23 → $66.
1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of Bend FFA Alumni’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of Bend FFA Alumni's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $269 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
