Programs
Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) - Connects partners to resources and each other to advance community-driven priorities. LISC training has provided education on subject matters from how to conduct community meetings to how to advocate for community concerns and everything in between. This translated into increased garden crop production, state of the art delivery of our garden and nutrition programming as well as our chef inspired Rooted in Wellness Healthy Cooking program.

Students were excited to learn about and eat fresh food grown in a garden. This partnership made it possible for Beautys Garden to host monthly Rooted in Wellnes healthy chef-driven cooking demos at local farmers market located in another one of Houstons food insufficient communities. Over 98 percent of demo participants indicated their intention to replicate the demonstrated recipes.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2023, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2023, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $34k to $15k (−55%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
39% of Beautys Community Corporation’s revenue is contributions — more earned-revenue than three-quarters of its peers (100% for the typical peer).
