01What it does

What B H Foxy Foundation Inc does

Mission

Mount of angels is dedicated to providing free, inclusive arts education and opportunities to youth across los angeles, empowering them through mentorship, creative expression, and access to professional tools and experiences.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Programs

  1. Young artists in residence program: mount of angels provides year-round intensive mentorship for youth artists across los angeles, focusing on underserved and underrepresented communities. In 2025, we mentored 13 young artists through individualized instruction in visual arts, performance, and music. These youth received private lessons, exposure to professional tools, portfolio development, and support for auditions and showcases. The program fostered personal growth, increased confidence, and cultivated artistic identity.

  2. Community art experiences program: to increase access to the arts, mount of angels hosted large-scale, interactive art events in public spaces, including the beverly hills art show and multiple local festivals. Our signature giant painting wall allowed hundreds of children and families to engage in free, collaborative art-making. These activities promote creative expression, emotional healing, and community pride, especially among youth affected by economic hardship or trauma. All materials and staffing were provided at no cost to participants.

  3. Creative career development & merchandise program: mount of angels equips youth with real-world creative industry experience by guiding them in designing original merchandise including apparel, accessories, and printed goods. Youth artists collaborate with professional mentors and interns to develop products that are sold online and at events. Proceeds support our free programs. This initiative teaches design, marketing, entrepreneurship, and teamwork, while building self-esteem and professional portfolios.
