Our mission is to educate and raise awareness regarding antisemitism, and providing civil justice, redress, and restitution for individuals and communities who have suffered physically, emotionally, or financially due to antisemitism. We will engage in activities dedicated to providing education, raising awareness, community outreach, through writing or other communications to the public about antisemitism.

The organization will utilize the federal, state, and local civil legal system to pursue civil causes of actions against individuals and organizations responsible for antisemitic acts, regardless of whether criminal charges have been filed or resolved, so that these individuals and organizations can be held accountable for their actions. The organization will engage in activities that raise awareness of antisemitic incidents and activities that deter future acts of antisemitism through the civil justice system and to the extent requested, to assist law enforcement in pursuing indictments and arrests with individuals who have committed crimes against antisemitic acts.
