$75,655 spent61% of program spendingDuring its inaugural operating period the Foundation built the initial Alliance member community and piloted collective action models. Activities included: conducting member research on AI data privacy practices to inform a future public awareness campaign; facilitating member deliberation on charitable fund allocation including a member-driven process to direct $1,000 toward charitable purposes; organizing a letter-writing campaign supporting a bring-your-own-cup cafe coalition resulting in earned media coverage; engaging members in civic education activities including local government participation pothole reporting and discussion of global inequality; and collecting member feedback to improve governance and operations. These activities established the Foundations core model of coordinated collective action and laid the groundwork for expanded grant-making and civic engagement activities in 2026.
