Alignment Bay County is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3)of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Alignment Bay County, Inc. seeks to align community resourced in support of public school strategies to raise student achievement, improve the health and happiness of our children, and advance the economic and social well-being of our community.

Program
Our work with educators, business leaders, and community organization to improve the success of area youth continues. We continue to work with volunteers to provide thousands of books through community events (6000), and raised awareness to the availability and importance of early learning, We supported teachers through recognition via bulletin boards and supplies. (200 families). Distributed books to little libraries across the county. Held child safety events, and supported the Girls with Pearls and Guys with Ties programs to support socialization and citizenship skills.
