Programs
Managed and grew our achqc database of real-world data known as the achqc registry. By the end of 2024, the achqc registry included data collected on over 137,000 operations performed by 479 surgeons in 42 states across the usa. In 2024, the achqc registry began collecting patient data in brazil which resulted in 6 brazilian surgeons adding data from 375 operations to the achqc registry in 2024. Over 12,800 surgical cases were added to the achqc registryin 2024. The data supported numerous analyses of the registry's real-world data which were made available to our volunteer surgeon collaborators who input data from their surgeries into the achqc registry and industry collaborators for their use in collaboratively sharing such data and to otherwise use such analyzed data to improve quality and value in the surgical treatment and intervention in hernia, abdominal core, and abdominal wall disease.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2020, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2020, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2020 to 2021, from $737k to $314k (−57%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2021 3% · 2023 3% · 2024 1%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
55% of Abdominal Core Health Quality Collaborative’s revenue is contributions — about as donation-reliant as the typical peer (81% for the typical peer).

Who funds it, year by year
2022 → 2023: the base held at 1 funder, grant income rose $51 → $100.
1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
Left out of every figure on this page: $792k from one payer (the payer shares this organization's board, largest Americas Hernia Society Quality Collaborative Foundation). These are real filings, and they are not money Abdominal Core Health Quality Collaborative raised.
From the IRS filings of Abdominal Core Health Quality Collaborative’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of Abdominal Core Health Quality Collaborative's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $151 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
