Schedule I
The Form 990 schedule listing grants to US organizations, above a $5,000 threshold.
Schedule I is where a Form 990 filer lists the grants it made to organizations and governments inside the United States. It captures the recipient name, address, EIN where known, the amount and the stated purpose.
The threshold matters when reading any total built from it: only recipients of $5,000 or more must be listed. Smaller grants are real but invisible, so a Schedule I line-item sum is a floor rather than a complete figure.
