BUILDING POWER FOR COMMUNITIES OF COLOR (bpcc) is affiliated with the coalition of communities of color (ccc), a 501(c)(3) coalition of 19 culturally specific member organizations. Bpcc was created to expand the range of activities that we can use to increase influence and center racial equity in oregon.
