The East County Rising Action Fund is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in east multnomah county through community organizing, policy advocacy, and civic engagement. By empowering residents in decision-making, influencing equitable policies, and fostering civic participation, we strive to create a more cohesive, just, and inclusive community.

Supporting the gresham safety levy, that granted more funding as the city of gresham has grown dramatically and the level of service for emergency reponse has not grown with it. Thanks to this levy and East County Rising Action Fund support, the levy passed and there is more funding available to grow those services.
