Funders to approach for Sunshine Rescue Mission
Since 1957, SRM has provided safe emergency shelter, meals, and clothing to anyone in need. All participants are experiencing homelessness and living below the federal poverty line at intake. Located in Flagstaff, we have three facilities. The rescue mission is our emergency food kitchen and emergency-restoration shelter for men. We also operate two gender specific shelters, which includes an array of supportive wrap around services - hope cottage (for women and women with their children) and sanctuary house ( for men). A significant number of men and women living at our three locations have previously battled substance abuse to cope with challenging circumstances. For those pursuing recovery in our midst, we offer comprehensive, trauma-informed, life-changing support. At SRM, we welcome and aide everyone who seeks refuge and assistance.Sunshine Rescue Mission (SRM) provide a hand-up and out of hunger and homelessness by providing meals, shelter, healing recovery and transition…
