Our mission is to provide health/wellness education to young girls and women in developing communities. We believe every woman deserves access to tools and information for living a healthy life. Sistergood provides facilitated learning and guides young girls and women into developing skills for self-discovery, self-care, and self-expression. Our weekly 1-hour programming equips women with strategies and tools to strengthen their physical and mental well-being, encourages them to become actively engaged in their communities, and empowers them to become leaders. The women in the Sistergood programs gain confidence, healthier habits, empowering mindsets, and a supportive community in sisterhood. We provide vocational and leadership training and mentorship.
