The organization's mission is to: a) operate a reader-supported nonprofit newspaper, addressing issues pertinent to the communities of woodstock, shandaken, phoenicia, olive, west hurley, hunter, tannersville, Saugerties, and surrounding communities (the "community"), embracing qualities that include clarity, integrity, and accuracy.
