The organization's primary exempt purpose is to help single parent families within fayette county to become self-sufficient. In order to achieve this goal, the organization manages and serves as general partner of virginia place, ltd, a hud-approved low income apartment complex, and further provides support programs, in a transition setting, where low-income, one- parent families with children can develop their capabilities to become self-sufficient.
