Musc will be organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable or educational purposes, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition but only if no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment within the meaning of section 501c3 of the internal revenue code or the corresponding section of any future tax code to support and provide soccer skill development for youth and adults.
