Funders to approach for Make it Right Foundation

Make it right develops safe, cradle to cradle inspired homes, buildings and communities for people in need. Make it Right Foundation was founded two years after hurricane katrina to improve the design and performance of affordable housing. Initially focused on the lower-ninth ward area of New Orleans, the foundation later amended its bylaws to expand to other communities within the united states and to share its experiences and lessons learned. The renewed purpose of the organization is to engage in charitable and educational efforts associated with the development of affordable, green homes in economically challenged areas and to share best practices associated with the construction and development of such homes.
