The Organization is a non-profit community service organization serving principally Greenbrier, Monroe & Pocahontas Counties in southeastern West Virginia. The primary purpose is to train and administer lay advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children through collaborations with social service agencies, legal counsel, and others to obtain safe and permanent homes for those children.
