Violence Prevention:Youth Making Changes Inc. operates a community-based violence prevention program serving youth ages 1225 who are at risk of involvement in violence or exposure to trauma. The program provides mentorship conflict resolution trauma-informed support and structured group sessions focused on de-escalation emotional regulation and positive decision-making. During the reporting year approximately 150 youth benefited from violence prevention services designed to reduce risk factors and promote safety stability and positive community engagement.Job Readiness Program:The Job Readiness Program prepares youth and young adults ages 1625 for workforce entry and career advancement. Services include resume development interview preparation job search assistance workplace readiness training and soft-skills development. Participants also receive guidance on professional conduct time management and career planning.
