Consistent with our mission of preserving and conserving natural Florida, WKPG is continuing to raise funds and awareness with the purpose of purchasing for preservation 14 acres of natural, untouched land in Tarpon Springs, FL. The land is teeming with native animals and plant life, including some endangered species. These 14 acres are adjacent to the 76-acre Mariner's Point Management Area (MPMA), an environmental preservation area owned by Pinellas County.
