Provide comprehensive home health and hospice care, and foster and promote the health of individuals, family and community through education and compassionate high quality services. In addition to home health and hospice services, we have telehealth services and offer support services to alzheimers caregivers. From october 1, 2016 through december 31, 2016, vname provided 5,208 home health visits and 6,499 days of hospice care.
