VCI Leadership Academy offers two different courses: Interpreting for Professionals Course (40 hours), and the Bilingual Community Interpreter Training (80 hours) course. The Academy aims to improve the economic security of lower income individuals in NM through enhancing training support for unemployed and underemployed bilingual personnel to enter the interpreter profession and earn a high living wage in community interpretation.
