Program

  1. The Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce, affectionately known as the Gaymber, celebrates a year of significant growth, impactful events, and transformative leadership in 2024. Upholding our core belief that Inclusive Business is Good Business, we continue to empower the economic and social advancement of the LGBTQ+ community and our allies. This year marked key developments in our leadership structure with the appointment of our first interim executive director, setting the stage for enhanced strategic leadership. We also embarked on the search of our first full-time permanent executive director, underscoring our commitment to robust organizational growth. Our membership expanded significantly, with active members growing by 20.79 to 244, and courtesy memberships by 20. This increase reflects the growing trust and engagement within our business community. The highlight of our event calendar was hugely successful Cirque du so-GayLa in December, a spectacular gathering that captured the spirit and unity of our community. Additionally, our monthly networking breakfasts featured incredible speakers, providing valuable learning and networking opportunities. Our Out & About networking…
