To provide a highly qualified future to citizens of our community by offering state of-the art education programs to all generations; to be a HELP CENTER for the community. This Centre was created to instill justice, potential and motivation through our many programs.

These housing units were constructed with federal home funds as well as local government funds with affordability covenants and restrictions. 31 of the 33 units are restricted for us hud low income individuals and us hud rental limits. The remaining 2 units are programmatic with one in each male and female building. The total 33 apartment units are 9 elderly, 12 at-risk youth female and 12 at-risk youth male.
