01What it does

What The Aliver Foundation a Nj Nonprofit Corporation does

Mission

The Aliver Foundation's mission is to raise funds to place outdoor AED equipment in recreation spaces while also providing crucial resources and educational opportunities to individuals and communities. This is completed with three programs: The Outdoor Equipment Placement Program, the Healing Hearts Program, and the Education Program.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.

Programs

  1. OUTDOOR AED EQUIPMENT PROGRAM: This program focuses on increasing the number of highly visible, bright yellow, all weather, climate controlled AED equipment bundles in outdoor recreation spaces. In 2025, the Outdoor AED Equipment Placement Program helped to place 38 lifesaving equipment bundles in three states: NE, NJ, and PA. Of those 38 bundles, the Aliver Foundation purchased and donated 17 units and helped provide guidance and support for several municipalities to purchase the additional 17. As part of the placement of the lifesaving equipment bundles, the Foundation hosted over 30 in-person awareness and educational programs in several municipalities in four states: CA, NE, NJ, and PA, with over 2500 people in attendance during these events.
