What Teton Regional Economic Coalition does
Mission
Our mission is to encourage high-value, low-impact job creation; provide value and service to the business community and enhance the overall prosperity of teton valley.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.
Program
Business development and economic growth: provided business development assistance to approximately 35-50 businesses through startup counseling, expansion planning, financing referrals, and relocation support. Conducted an estimated 120-150 business and industry meetings and provided ongoing one-on-one consulting to entrepreneurs and existing businesses to strengthen the local economy, encourage business retention and expansion, and support job creation. Continued collaboration with local governments, regional partners, and economic development organizations to improve workforce recruitment, access to capital, and commercial development opportunities. Workforce and community development: successfully completed administration of a 1.17 million workforce development council grant for the gambal house child care facility, resulting in the completion of a new childcare center that expands childcare capacity, supports working families, and strengthens the regional workforce. The organization also secured and managed more than 106,000 in operating grant funding to support ongoing economic development initiatives throughout teton county.
The program described on its FY2024 Form 990.
The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2018, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2018, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2020 to 2021, from $40k to $62k (+56%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2023 89% · 2024 97% · 2025 86%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
100% of TETON REGIONAL ECONOMIC COALITION’s revenue is contributions — more reliant on donations than three-quarters of its peers (62% for the typical peer).
