CREA offers paid internships fellowships and a study abroad experience in Veracruz Mexico focused on regenerative agriculture watershed restoration and biodiversity. Over 85,000 students are eligible to apply; about 40 are selected annually to work with local partners like the San Antonio Food Bank Gardopia Gardens Eco Centro and other local farms and ranches. Fifteen students take part in a three-week immersion in Mexico. We also advanced our Huertos Familiares program funded by the City of San Antonio and the Alice Kleberg Reynolds Foundation which empowers residents to steward food gardens pollinator habitats and wildlife corridors. The program will expand in 2025 to support decentralized seed banks and native plant networks in working-class neighborhoods.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2023, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2023, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $13k to $47k (+265%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
