Aspire training is free (or for a nominal fee) to the frederick county tech community, as well as those who aspire to join it by adding tech skills to their resumes, and is designed to enhance workforce skills through on-line or in-person classes. Approximately 230 people benefitted from aspire training.

Approximately 515 people benefitted from the various networking events.additionally in 2025, "an evening with paul nakasone" brought one of the nation's foremost cybersecurity and national defense leaders to the techfrederick community for an in-depth fireside chat and audience q&a. 120 attendees gained unique insights from general (ret.) paul nakasone on the rapidly evolving cyber and artificial intelligence landscape, the challenges and opportunities emerging technologies present for both public and private sectors, and the workforce adaptations needed to thrive in an ai-driven future.
