What Tatte Team Foundation does
Mission
Tatte Team Foundation (the Charity) was formed to provide disaster relief and emergency financial assistance to those in need as a result of a natural disaster or other unexpected event. More specifically, the Charity will establish and administer a disaster relief and emergency assistance fund to provide emergency financial or other assistance to current and future full-time and part-time employees of Tatte Holdings, LLC and its affiliated companies (the Company) who have experienced an unanticipated disaster or unexpected emergency due to a disaster that has left the recipient in a state of financial, physical, or emotional distress. For grants to such employees, the unexpected disaster or emergency must occur during an employee's employment with the Company. In addition to the above, the Charity may make contributions to other charitable entities in certain areas affected by disasters for the general benefit of the public.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.
Program
During the period covered by this tax return, the Charity received donations to fund its exempt, charitable purpose to provide emergency and disaster relief, and also provided such relief by the end of the tax year. Going forward, the Charity will continue to provide short-term assistance to employees of Tatte Holdings, LLC, its affiliated companies, and to other charitrable entities providing disaster and emergency hardship relief. The Charity makes grants to individuals that will: (1) pay for medical expenses on their own behalf or on behalf of members of their families, (2) pay for funeral or burial expenses of an immediate family member, (3) pay for losses caused by fire, crime, flood, or other disaster, or (4) assist them generally in paying for necessary expenses or otherwise providing assistance in times of dire need. Funds may be used to provide food, clothing, temporary housing, repairs, medical care, funeral services, and other critical needs arising from such unexpected emergency or disaster. However, in no circumstance will the Charity pay for expenses that are reimbursable by insurance proceeds or similar arrangements.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2023, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2023, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $159k to $184k (+16%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
100% of Tatte Team Foundation’s revenue is contributions — more reliant on donations than three-quarters of its peers (100% for the typical peer).

Who funds it, year by year
Grant support over time, funder by funder — shade shows the grant size each year.
1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of Tatte Team Foundation’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of Tatte Team Foundation's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $90k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
