Sounds of Sarah provides community-based prevention, education, and outreach services focused on raising awareness of the dangers of illicit fentanyl, counterfeit drugs, and substance misuse. During 2025, the organization conducted educational programs, distributed overdose prevention resources including naloxone, and partnered with local agencies and schools to increase public awareness and reduce overdose risk.
