Improve the lives of women and children both domestically and internationally through grants and community outreach programs. A sampling of projects include financial support of soroptimist international projects such as global voice which educates girls rescued from child prostitution to become lawyers and prosecutors; "live your dream" award to provide single mothers with financial support for education; provided 936 fabric bags for children's belongings at the local children's receiving home; organized and staffed a holiday craft faire and provided 110 filled stockings for the women and children of women's empowerment; sewed 50 christmas stockings for young adults at the koinonia family services treatment center; provided over 120 new undergarments to graduates of the women's empowerment program; sewed 29 dresses and provided 15 packages of underwear to the "dress a girl around the world" campaign; provided backpacks filled with clothing and hygiene products to human trafficking victims; donated to disaster victims and provided five dream grants to local and international charities.
