The prematurity rate among participants was 4 percent, or one in 25 babies, demonstrating a measurable reduction compared with baseline community rates. 2. Sonrisas especiales initiative: in partnership with the university of puerto rico school of dental medicine, preventive and restorative oral health services were provided to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
