Mission

The mission of sgcc is to partner with children and families to cultivate positive social and emotional mental health.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Program

  1. See schedule omental health services:sgcc partners with children, families, and communities to provide an array of mental health services in a clinic setting as well as field-based settings. Client centered interventions include evidenced based interventions, traditional therapy interventions, and psychiatric/medication management. 305 clients, 13,499 hrs of serviceresidential program:san gabriel children's center, inc. Operates two short-term residential therapeutic programs (strtp) for children in the eastern san gabriel valley. We believe that children in residential care must be provided a home-like environment in addition to mental health services and access to their communities in order to be successful. Our philosophy of providing care to children in smaller home-like environments results in a greater likelihood of success. Our strtps provide short-term, high-quality, intensive therapeutic intervention services including specialty mental health services. Sgcc is not considered a long-term placement option. All services are designed to stabilize, support and transition children to a lower level of care on a case-by-case basis. 30 clients , 2,690 days of care

1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of SAN GABRIEL CHILDREN'S CENTER INC’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

Where its funders are

100% of SAN GABRIEL CHILDREN'S CENTER INC's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $106 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
