What Regroup Foundation does
Mission
The organization is an internet hub that allows families to share their treatment experience in dealing with teen mental health issues. This will consist of personal anecdotes as well as specific accounts of experiences with therapists, physicians and mental health treatment facilities. The goal is to help families move from initial diagnosis of depression/anxiety to highly effective treatment by leveraging the knowledge base in the local community.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.
Programs
Health sharing hub - a website was created to facilitate the sharing of personal anecdotes and specific accounts of experiences with therapists and other health treatment facilities in order to help families. In 2023 enhancements were made to the website. Marketing and grant writing were added to assist with the growth of the organization and provide better opportunities.in 2024 the focus of this program was to facilitate original blog posts on teen mental health. The organization got thousands of unique views of the mental health blogs which made this program really stand out.in 2025 - expanded web presence. Worked with marketing partner barlele to refine website design and enhance home page appeal. Published dozens of mental health-focused blog posts on the website to inform families in search of assistance. Topics ranged from "twice exceptional" teens to seasonal depression to lgbtq issues. These blog posts were later tied to marketing efforts to attract more users to the site.

Npm previously secured our google advertising grant for the nonprofit. In 2025, they actively managed our key words, frequency, and search strategies to maximize regroup's exposure on the web. These refinements helped us target and gain exposure to teens and parents looking to share mental health experiences with others, and benefit from the mental health experiences of others

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2021, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2021, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2021 to 2022, from $4k to $18k (+327%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
100% of REGROUP FOUNDATION’s revenue is contributions — more reliant on donations than three-quarters of its peers (95% for the typical peer).

Who funds it, year by year
Grant support over time, funder by funder — shade shows the grant size each year.
1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of REGROUP FOUNDATION’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of REGROUP FOUNDATION's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $164k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
