Mission

Be the change and make a difference, do the unexpected "pay it forward"

As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.

Programs

  1. We have hosted many impactful events, including our annual "pay it forward" military dual in march. This event features two distinct tournaments: one exclusively for military teams and another where military personnel compete alongside civilian teams. We have seen participation grow significantly, ranging from 25 to 60 teams. Additionally, we host a dinner for military teams, fostering camaraderie both on and off the field.

  2. Our fall/winter "pay it forward" initiative (october/november) focuses on supporting families during thanksgiving and christmas. We provide gift cards for holiday dinners to families in need and essential personal items for title I families. We also distribute 150 meals to the homeless across the metro area and fulfill specific christmas gift requests for deserving families.

  3. Throughout the year we provide support to our military to take part in other events to help with their wellbeing. We donate to many other beneficiaries that need our support.

1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of RAMSEY CHARITABLE TRUST INC’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

Where its funders are

100% of RAMSEY CHARITABLE TRUST INC's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $57 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
