Programs

  1. Each year, our organization hosts a magical event that transcends the ordinary the Annual Winter Wonderland Gala. This enchanting evening is more than just a celebration; it is the heartbeat of our mission. As the curtains rise on this spectacular affair, so does the tide of generosity that sustains the very essence of our charitable endeavors. The Winter Wonderland Gala isn't merely a gathering; it's a convergence of hearts and minds, uniting a community in the spirit of giving. With every twinkle of fairy lights and the soft melodies that fill the air, we weave a tapestry of compassion that stretches far beyond the glittering ballroom. The funds raised during this magical night form the financial backbone of our charitable initiatives throughout the year.

  2. Amidst the season's festivities, our organization embarked on a mission to bring joy to the hearts that needed it most. This Christmas, we reached out to over 2,000 children living in the shadows of poverty, ensuring that the magic of the holidays wasn't just a distant dream but a tangible reality. The organization provided hot meals, gifts, and an event full of love and joy for more than 2,000 children during the 2023 celebration.

  3. This Easter, we went beyond the conventional festivities, preparing over 400 baskets brimming with joy and hope, and delivering them to the bedside of young warriors in local hospitals. As we adorned each basket with the symbols of Easter, we painted a canvas of optimism. Our volunteers, armed with not just treats but the spirit of compassion, became bearers of a message that in every season, there is room for joy and the promise of brighter tomorrows.By delivering over 600 baskets to children in local hospitals, we didn't just provide a momentary distraction; we planted seeds of hope that will continue to bloom.

Each line starts at 100 in 2022, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2022, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.

03Who funds it

Who funds it, year by year

2020 → 2023: the base broadened from 1 funder to 3 funders, grant income rose $90 → $35k.

5 of 6 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of PROJECT OUTREACH INC’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

How concentrated its funding is

PROJECT OUTREACH INC leans on a few funders — its largest provides 74% of grant income and the top three 99%; half comes from just 1 funder.

the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left

100% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund PROJECT OUTREACH INC.

Largest funder’s share by year: 2020 100% · 2021 70% · 2022 94% · 2023 71% — diversifying over time.

“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

Where its funders are

100% of PROJECT OUTREACH INC's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Of the $200 that is directly attributable, 100% of it comes from funders outside Florida, across 1 state.

MI

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $61k arriving through sponsors registered in 4 states is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
