Mission

Provide affordable housing for the mobility impared and/or low-income seniors, 65 years old and older.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Programs

  1. Maintain safe, accessible, and affordable housing for low-income seniors and other mobility impaired people. This includes plumbing, electrical, hvac, and building maintenance and repairs. Since the property is over five acres with large trees maintenance of the grass (cutting) and trees (trim and remove fallen trees and limbs) is included. We are currently paying off a loan that was taken out to pay for a major water pipe repair that occured two years ago. The entity hired a management company (volunteers of america) to manage the property and provide maintenance services. Voa subcontracted accounting services for billing and collection to an outside certified public accountant. Folding chairs were bought for residents to sit on their patios.
