Program
Park Hill Parents' Day Out served 47 families throughout the 2025 year. In that year we provided year-round, affordable childcare and enriching early education for 2-4 year olds. We also provided monthly Parent Night Outs and summer camp options, giving parents safe and affordable opportunities for time-off. This included over 800 hours of childcare to the PDO community. Children were taught Spanish through an age-appropriate curriculum that focuses on particular themes for each quarter and encompasses a variety of daily activities, including stories, games, puzzles, music, crafts, play-acting and outdoor time.During the 2025 year, we achieved 80% teacher retention with one teacher turnover. The Board Director position was transitioned to Susanna Eckelberger after being held by Abby Burt for the past four years. We welcomed two new board members in the roles of Treasurer and Waitlist Coordinator. In our annual survey, parents remarked that they loved PDO for its community, class size, teachers, price, and parent involvement. Parents said: "We know our child is loved and cared for, and our child does too.""Parents' Night Out has made date night a more consistent reality for us…

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2021 to 2022, from $59k to $101k (+72%).
How it's funded, over time
