What Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators does
Mission
To encourage the development of secondary education programs in the state of ohio, to work with the membership to strengthen the professionalism of members, to publish materials which will update members on current problems and solutions, to actively support school administrators.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.
Programs
Continuing education conferences and professional development seminars for members and non-members.
Host camps, regional and state competitions for cheerleading, a school activity not recognized as a sport by the ohsaa. These camps encourage leadership and school spirit which the participants carry with them back to their schools. This positive experience is shared with the other students and makes for a better environment for the school principals to manage. The organization also provides training to the cheerleading coaches and staff of secondary schools.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2017 to 2018, from $911k to $1.2M (+31%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Surplus & reserves
Operating surplus or deficit each year, and months of liquidity in hand. 4 of the last 9 reported years ran a deficit.

Leadership and staff
The officers, directors, trustees and key employees listed on each return. Joined and no longer listed compare each filing with the year before, matching people by surname and first initial; a year after a gap, or a roster under three people, has no comparison.
The chief executive listed changed between the FY2020 and FY2021 filings.
