Programs
Civic education and participation program - North Star Prosperity is focused on educating minnesotans about economic issues that impact them, including public education, child care, college affordability, health care, family leave, and fair taxation. Nsp's civic education and participation campaign is aimed at achieving the larger goal of addressing structural issues limiting opportunity and economic growth. This program focused on increasing civic participation in historically underrepresented communities and ensuring that minnesotans understand and participate in all levels of government, including at the state legislative level, which in part due to newly drawn district lines, is commonly misunderstood and overlooked. North Star Prosperity aims to connect minnesotans with information regarding policy issues and to ensure that minnesotans can engage in the process that affects working people and the solutions that could improve their lives.
