01What it does

What Nhs Stevens Center does

Mission

Provide various behavioral health and early diagnostic intervention services.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Program

  1. Nhs Stevens Center offers a variety of clinic-based, community-based, and residential services for individuals with behavioral health needs. Fy2025 saw the delivery of services continue in person as well as virtual modalities to ensure continuity of care. Nhs Stevens Center was able to improve access and engagement for the service recipients through our system of care process. Care coordination meetings are held biweekly to review recipients needs and refer to services within merakey and outside of merakey. This collaboration of services has provided whole person care to the people we serve. We also added individual care coordination meetings which include the person and their support systems. Nhs Stevens Center added a care navigator in fy25 to assist consumers with connecting to services after a hospitalization and addressing social determinants of health.

How concentrated its funding is

NHS STEVENS CENTER leans on a few funders — its largest provides 97% of grant income and the top three 100%; half comes from just 1 funder.

the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left

100% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund NHS STEVENS CENTER.
