Programs
Through the generosity of grants and donations, the garrison school house foundation, floor and roof were completely renovated and restored at the fwsqhs site. The school house foundation, which was near collapse, was repaired by a mason qualified to manage historic properties. The school house wood floor was repaired and some boards replaced to match original specifications of the structure. Additionally, the roof was repaired to eliminate the hole caused by rot. The building roof was re-shingled. The school house bell, once on the roof, was removed from the roof, and will be now available on the ground level for people to see. The school is now open to the public.

Some markers were too badly damaged for restoration, and therefore the county and state granted permission for signage to be placed where these historic markers stood.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2021 to 2022, from $191k to $679k (+255%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2024 18% · 2025 10%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
