$201,745 spent71% of program spendingIn june of 2020, naspcc took over publication of prostatepedia magazine and its weekly digest. Due to expanded coverage and readership, naspcc become even more committed to making prostatepedia the gold standard for men and their families looking for solid, objective, and up-to-date information about prostate cancer. There are currently more than 20,000 subscribers. Naspcc's goals for 2022 include 8 prostatepedia magazines (2 are supplements) on: radiation therapy; theranostics; adt and anti-androgens; testing; genetics, genomics, and prostate cancer; chemotherapy & immunotherapy; imaging; and side effects of treatment. The magazine is archived on naspcc's website (www.naspcc.org), and is downloadable as a pdf. Each magazine issue has interviews with physicians, scientists, and patients.
$37,593 spent13% of program spendingNaspcc has created, produced, and now distributes a series of laminates (2-sided laminated durable resources, with one side for patients and the flip side for physicians), on various topics in prostate cancer. The laminates are in a question-and-answer format on both sides, and are designed to improve informed discussions between physician and patient to lead to better shared decision-making. The laminates are online at www.naspcc.org and are available for reprinting as pdf's. Besides distribution, upon request naspcc will also send the actual laminates in bulk for awareness and educational events, as well as to physicians and clinics. Topics already completed include: "informed decision-making; "the role of psa throughout the prostate cancer journey; "non-metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer; "metastatic castrate-sensitive prostate cancer; and "imaging in prostate cancer". In queue are "testing", "immunotherapy", "bone health", and "pain management in advanced prostate cancer". Other suggested topics are welcome.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2020, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2020, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2020 to 2021, from $180k to $320k (+78%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.

The officers, directors, trustees and key employees listed on each return. Joined and no longer listed compare each filing with the year before, matching people by surname and first initial; a year after a gap, or a roster under three people, has no comparison.
Who funds it, year by year
2020 → 2023: the base broadened from 1 funder to 2 funders, grant income rose $10k → $114k.
1 of 5 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 4% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left

“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF STATE PROSTATE CANCER COALITIONS (NASPCC) draws 100% of its grant income from funders outside California, across 3 states in all.
In-state vs out-of-state, by year
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $14k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
