Produced the GEMS Piano Competition, attracting ~75 participants and awarding $10,000+ in prizes and scholarships annually. Continued the Certificate of Achievement Exam program with measurable student benchmarks. Sustained the KIND Casual Ensemble, connecting students and community musicians. Launched the Candlelight Concert Series, expanding community engagement through curated ticketed performances.
