  1. To provide a community of care for residents that honors their past, enriches their present, and empowers their future. Our services include short term rehab, skilled care, long term care, palliative care and dementia care. As a not-for-profit facility we are able to stay focused on our mission without regard to financial status of potential and current residents. A commitment to this approach is evidenced by the fact that for 2024 we provided approximately $5.1 million in charitable care.
