Programs

  1. 1. Network Formation and Maintenance: Investors Circle is growing a network of early-stage funders and advisors (including individual angel investors, family offices, small venture funds, CDFIs, and small foundations). ? In 2024 Investors Circle (IC) grew from only 4 legacy lifetime members to a total of 33 total members at the end of 2024. ? Brought on a total of 8 donors (not counting dozens of those that made very small ?donations? to attend certain live IC gatherings) ? Brought on 2 paid IC sponsors and over a dozen in-kind sponsors. ? Were able to transition a small volunteer staff to a modestly paid contract parttime staff team, including our Executive Director/President, with several additional volunteer contributors of their time and talent to the work of IC.

Investors Circle provided a platform for these companies without any monetary fee to them to present at our virtual events, because we feel that these companies should preserve their available capital for other uses and we do this because we are a non-profit and have other ways to support our work financially. In addition IC community members have contributed a significant (but unmeasured) amount of time and talent to coach and otherwise help these start-up companies and their leaders in 2024. ? 118 people have attended our regular national monthly meetings in 2024, from June when we held our first meeting as an independent organization through December, of which 36 were presenting company people or…
