What International Youth Fellowship does
Mission
Iyf is a christian-based organization that seeks to provide the foundations for sound leadership by guiding youths to break free from their limitations to experience possibilities that exist beyond their scope of understanding. To achieve this goal, iyf implements a dynamic offering of programs specifically designed to promote and enhance spiritual and mental growth, global awareness, and leadership by placing emphasis on education, performing arts, team building, and international affairs.
As stated on its FY2017 Form 990-EZ.
Program
Gracias christmas cantata: the gracias christmas cantata u.s. Tour is a month-long series of show-stopping musical events across 25 u.s. Cities. With three beautiful, music-filled acts (birth, happiness, and glory), and one eternal message of hope, gracias christmas cantata expresses the true meaning of christmas: the birth of hope, faith and love in our hearts. The goal is to spark joy and hope in people who may not have a chance to experience this kind of performance otherwise. Gracias christmas cantata has toured cities with the sole purpose of bringing the christmas spirit and heart of god to the doorsteps of people who may be low on morale or experiencing hopelessness.
The first program described on its most recent Form 990-EZ.
Who funds it, year by year
2020 → 2022: the base held at 1 funder, grant income rose $33 → $36.
1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FELLOWSHIP’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FELLOWSHIP's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $129 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
