01What it does

What IlmOasis NFP does

Mission

Oasis aims to bring Muslims together in a welcoming setting to collectively grow in faith and strengthen our relationship with Allah and His Messenger (SAW) through relevant social, spiritual, and educational programming.

As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.

Program

Over the past year, Oasis has made significant strides in fulfilling its mission. We secured a new venue for our events by successfully signing a lease agreement, providing us with a dedicated space to serve our growing community. Throughout the year, we organized 75 programs that catered to various spiritual and educational needs, engaging over 5,000 attendees. Our commitment to fostering meaningful connections led to the establishment of dedicated committees for different programs, ensuring their effective implementation. In addition, we hosted a Gala with 350 attendees, which served as a platform for building community ties. The highlight of the year was our conference, which brought together 1,500 participants, offering a transformative experience that furthered our mission of growth in faith.

The first program described on its most recent Form 990, which lists programs largest first by expense.

1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of IlmOasis NFP’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

Where its funders are

100% of IlmOasis NFP's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $100k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
