01What it does

What Home For His Glory Inc does

Mission

We exist to provide all matters of programs and support for the homeschooling families in the Kentucky/Indiana area while glorifying God in all that we do.

As stated on its FY2022 Form 990.

Programs

  1. Co-ops - These are programs where parents teach classes to children in a school setting once a week for 8 to 16 week class schedules. There are approximately 650 children Pre K to 12th grade who participate, which is approximately 200 families. Most of our contract service monies are paid to the middle and high school teachers. This supports the educational portion of our mission statement. The students are there to learn whether it is a class that is taught to fulfill the basic requirements of math and science or to fulfill a humanities requirement of art and music or to learn how to work together and learn social skills. Panthers Sports Teams - We offer Varsity and JV level volleyball, Varsity, JV and middle school level boys basketball and Varsity girls basketball. There are approximately 60 students involved in these teams representing 40 families. These students get to experience the team sports in a similar manner to that of public and private school students involved in athletics. Teams practice twice weekly and participate in tournaments.

  2. Field Trips/Events/Tournaments - We allow our co-ops and other member families to participate in educational field trips in addition to tournament participation for the sports teams. These trips are conducted on a regional basis. Homeschool students can participate in a group setting and have access to the learning value of field trips in a similar manner to that of public and private education. Programs such as spelling bees and young author initiatives are additional programs which allow students to compete and provide a platform for the betterment of skills.

1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of Home For His Glory Inc’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

Where its funders are

100% of Home For His Glory Inc's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $171 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
