Mission
HAUSCR seeks to promote the exchange of ideas and opportunities between students at Harvard University and in China, through a series of cross-cultural exchange programs it organizes each year. HAUSCR seeks to enrich the education of the Chinese youth with the Western liberal arts education style at Harvard, and enrich the cultural understanding of China at Harvard.

Programs
China Thinks Big (CTB) is a social entrepreneurship competition for Chinese high school students. The participants analyze one of several prominent social issues in China presented to them, and devise an innovative solution to tackle that issue in their local communities. Each team's work is judged by business executives, local leaders, academic figures, as well as Harvard undergrads.

The conference lasts one week, and is our flagship program. During the COVID-19 pandemic, HSYLC has operated virtually, bringing this experience to students through virtual platforms.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2021, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2021, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2021 to 2022, from $171k to $87k (−49%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
